Everything you keep in your head, in one place.
This is the working week a tour operator actually has. On the left, how most of it is run today. On the right, the same job on Sanam.
Set it up
Register, add your experiences, set your prices and your real capacity. The AI drafts the listing from a photograph or a sentence, and you approve it.
Sell it everywhere
Your storefront, the B2B network and the world's booking channels all sell from the one listing, on the one availability.
Run the day
One calendar, never oversold. Check guests in, register the walk-up booking from a photo of the paperwork, and watch the day's money as it lands.
Get paid
Payouts and compliant invoices, per booking. Every figure traces back to the booking that made it, so the month reconciles itself.
Run it. The whole business, in one seat.
One inventory engine and one money path sit under every screen. Type a fact once and it reaches the calendar, the channel listing, the quote and the invoice, without anyone typing it again.
Calendar
One month, every asset. Open a day, close it, or override the capacity on it.
Bookings
Every booking in one list, direct and channel together, each row carrying your net.
Assets and experiences
What you own, and what you sell off it. A listing draws its units from an asset.
Availability and anti-oversell
The unit is held the moment a seat sells. It is the same count on every shelf.
Check-in
Today's arrivals, checked in on the day, from the phone already in your pocket.
Guests
Who is arriving, who came before them, and what they said about the trip.
Pricing
Set your retail once. See what you net on every channel before you commit to it.
Payouts
Paid per booking, on a schedule you can read, with every run accounted for.
Invoicing
A compliant invoice with every booking. Your accountant receives a file, not a shoebox.
Team seats
Invite your staff. Owner, manager and staff, each seeing the part that is theirs.
Every screen on this page is the product itself, photographed on our demonstration account. The figures on them are seeded demonstration data, not another operator's business.
Sell it. Five shelves, one availability.
The same listing and the same remaining count feed all five. Sell a seat on any one of them and the other four know before the guest has closed the tab.
Your own storefront
A bookable site under your own name, open in an evening. It sells from the same inventory as everything else here, so a traveller can find you, choose a date and book without a message passing between you.
Your own branded site
The same storefront wearing your look. Pick the palette, add your logo and your booking terms, choose which experiences appear, then go live. Four steps, and the preview beside you is the real site rather than a picture of one.
The embeddable widget
Already have a website you like? Paste the booking box onto it. The widget sells the same inventory on the same availability, in Arabic or English, and each embed carries its own token so you can revoke one without touching the others.
B2B packaging
Travel agencies and tour organisers build a whole trip in the quote builder and book it at net, across every operator on Sanam. You set one retail price and Sanam shows you what you keep on each channel, the B2B net included, before you commit to it.
The demand we are opening
Six source markets, in the order we are building them. Sanam is building the packaging, the trade terms and the channel for each one. An operator sells into all of them from the same listing and the same availability.
Trade-led group and family travel.
In buildLong winter stays and warm-weather escapes.
In buildSmall groups and independent travellers.
In buildHigh-value private travel, booked far ahead.
In buildCulture and heritage itineraries.
In buildFamily travel and celebrations, at short notice.
In buildThe booking channels
The shelves the world already browses. One of them is connected today and the rest are the road we are on, in the order below.
Where your experiences show up.
One listing. One availability. Many shelves.
GetYourGuide is connected and in live testing. Every other channel on this list is Sanam's own roadmap, a connection we are building, in the order we are building it. A channel is marked live here only once its connection is certified and switched on.
Keep selling where you already sell.
A booking on WhatsApp. A walk-in at the desk. A seat sold on another site. Register it on Sanam and it holds exactly the units a Sanam sale would hold, so one true remaining count survives across every channel you use. That part is built, and it runs today.
A deeper connection is roadmap, not platform. Reading availability straight out of a system you already run is something we intend to build and have not built. If you run your own, tell us what it is and we will build to it.
One product. Three ways to pay for it.
Every tier is the whole platform. Moving up buys no extra features. It lowers what you pay on each booking, so pick the tier that costs you least at the volume you are actually doing.
Growth and Scale are charged once a year, in advance. There is no monthly-pay option. The monthly figure is shown so the tiers are easy to compare. The yearly figure is what your bank statement will read, to the riyal.
When your free months end you either take the year or drop to Starter automatically. Starter has no fee at all, so nobody is ever locked out of their own bookings.
The same product on every tier. The catalogue, the calendar, the storefront, the widget, the B2B network, the channels, the AI and the invoicing are on all three. The only thing that changes is the percentage.
Which tier costs you least?
Arithmetic only, over one year: the annual platform fee plus the percentage on twelve months of the sales figure you typed. The fees shown are the fees charged. The percentage is Sanam's share of each booking, and it comes out of each booking as it settles rather than once a year.
A Saudi company, building the rail under Saudi tourism.
Saudi Arabia has seven thousand years of stories. Most of the people who can show them to you are not on a booking channel, and the work of getting there is the work nobody has done: the content, the capacity, the pricing, the invoicing, the connection. That is the work Sanam does.
For operators
The platform the business runs on, and a route to demand you cannot reach on your own. You keep your prices, your guests and your name.
For channels and resellers
One connection instead of hundreds. Saudi supply arriving as structured, bookable product on live availability, with the content already written in both languages.
For the sector
Aggregated, anonymised visibility into what the Kingdom's experience economy is actually doing. The same numbers operators see, counted once. No personal data, ever.
Named for the summit.
In Arabic, سَنام, with the fatḥa, is the camel's hump, and so, by meaning, the summit. We chose the summit sense on purpose. It carries the camel and the caravan, the shape of the land itself, and the last part of the climb, where the country opens out below you.
Take your first booking on Sanam this week.
Register, add one experience, and open your storefront. The first month is free, and there is no card to give. If you would rather we set it up with you, say so and a person will.
For operators, channels and partners.
Some operators would rather we onboarded them than sign up alone. Tell us about your business and we will do it with you. Booking channels, resellers and investors are welcome here too.
